We've been using this app for almost a year now and it's been seamlessly great. The support feature has been a great help especially with their very prompt and clear responses, which you don't always get nowadays. Nagaraj was very helpful answering any questions and offerings that Stoq has available! This app has made a successful difference in our conversion rate, as we have had numerous customers ask when products will be back, this makes it so much easier for us.

I have used Shopify apps for over seven years now, and none of them has offered the level of support these guys provide. Also, the app is brilliant, very easy to use, and looks great!!! Keep up the good work, guys.

Very impressed, great online support to help guide us through setting it up on our store. A 5-minute live chat was enough to get us onboard and working.... We have carried out a test and everything is working as we hoped for.

Give Nageraj a raise.

You know... anytime I have to message an app for support I never know what I'm going to get.

Sometimes it feels like they get excited saying no to me.

Nageraj was so friendly - even if he didn't help me I'd have given him 5 stars, but he successfully removed out "Add to Cart" button when a product is out of stock and replaced it with a notify alert.

This app has *everything* I need from an app and I'm thrilled to have found one that does.

It allows me to give the option of pre-order AND 'notify me when back in stock'. The other pre-order apps I found only could offer one option at a time. I want both because not everyone wants to pre-order, they just want a back in stock notification. It's also the only app that also works on POS which is a huge bonus. I only wish you could process pre-orders on POS, too!

It's also one of the most affordable options. Great user experience, every customization feature I could want. Thank you!!

We have been using the Stoq app for our Shopify store and are extremely satisfied with its performance. The app offers a comprehensive set of features that have significantly enhanced our store's functionality. The pricing is competitive, providing excellent value for the range of services offered.

One aspect to be aware of is the limit on pre-orders included in the plan. Exceeding this limit incurs a small additional fee per pre-order. While this was not initially clear to us, it has not detracted from the overall positive experience with the app.

The support team is outstanding, consistently providing prompt and effective assistance. They are receptive to user feedback, often incorporating suggestions into their development roadmap. Our interactions have even included discussions with the CEO, which were both insightful and productive.

Overall, Stoq is a fantastic app that delivers a great balance of functionality and affordability. We highly recommend it to other Shopify store owners.

Not only is the app very good at stock updates and pre orders but the customer service is next level. Had an issue with pre orders. Within 10mins, Sneha resolved the issue for me! Great service!
