This app just works. Its well priced. We're on the free option and the back in stock alerts have helped us claw back missed sales. Hard to beat that value. The support team is quick to respond and helped us through setting up the preorder system.

I have used this app on my store for a number of months and cannot recommend it enough. The degree of settings & flexibility is second to none to setup pre-orders exactly as I need.

I've used the team's support a few times as well during initial setup and other tweaks and always receive an extremely fast response and the changes are implemented within minutes.

I'm genuinely impressed with this one since the day I installed it. the app is incredibly user friendly, simple and straightforward.

What really stood out was how effortless it was to customize the widget to match site's style guide.

The support team has also been responsive and helpful trough out the process.

Highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a clean, reliable back in stock solution.

This review is regarding the Customer Support associate Khuteja who supported me with 3 different aspects for the Preorders function (products wouldn't add, the translations section wouldn't reflect the preorder group, preorders disclaimer wouldn't pull delivery estimate date as per settings). She managed the communication in timely manner, provided solutions and educated me on the app. Highly appreciated!

Shashi was an absolute dream to deal with — incredibly helpful, friendly, and so quick to resolve my issue. Excellent support and quick resolution

We had some issues with how the preorder functionality was displaying on our storefront, and the team was incredibly helpful. Support responded promptly and worked with me to resolve everything really quickly. It’s rare to find such fast and effective customer service. App works great even on the free version, Khuthejatul from tech support was awesome helping me solve some issues with the layout of the button on my product pages!

Super clean and intuitive app and the customer support experience is second to none. I've never had to wait, to get help from an agent, and they are all super savvy on how to best use their tool. It is rather pricey if you need the standard features but they often have deals that they post.
