I have been using this App on Multiple Stores for about 8 months and have been waiting to leave a review until I had fully tested it, and it is better than any Back In stock App I have used before, and I tested a few and this is really miles better. The team also assisted me to customize the look and feel, and helped set a completely custom setup to use for the B2B Trade theme (quick Order Function) The support is 5 star and I really cant say enough about it. I have tested the Pre-Order functionality I really like it, and will be using it for some upcoming product launches this year. One of my favorite apps at the moment, smart, simple and easy to use. Thank you!!

Exactly what i wanted! You can set the "add the cart" button to become "Preorder" button when the inventory becomes zero. There's also option to notify customer when it's back in stock. The design fits the theme perfectly. Customer service was quick and effective! and it's much more affordable than the alternative. There's also disclaimer/reminder at the checkout page to remind customer that there's a preorder item in the order so the customer is aware of the wait(you will need to edit this in the shopify language)

We are highly satisfied with this app (we are using back-to-stock notifications). It has an intuitive and clear admin interface, the good range of widget customization (button,form,email template) for a reasonable price. And good support team (thanks to Shashi for being helpful).

Very happy with this app. I've been using the free version for a while for out-of-stock notifications. It's very easy to use and works well.

I just set up pre-orders for the first time and contacted the chat to have the pre-order buttons visible on a custom page I built. Sneha helped me and within 2 minutes it was all done. Excellent customer service.

Excellent app and very responsive customer service. Jignesh has saved us out on more than one occasion now! I was impresseed by how fast the customer service was to respond and how quickly Jignesh was able to modify the apperance of the pop-up to get it looking exactly how we wanted it.

Starting my first small e-commerce store and figuring out how to use different apps for different settings can get overwhelming. Just sold out of an item and realized I needed a "notify when available" button and decided to try Stoq. It was pretty straight forward and when I did need some help, their customer service was immediate. Hassan was able to help change the location of the button and made sure it was showing up properly on on website. Glad we added Stoq to our shopify!
