Fantastically built app that captures lost sales on currently sold-out items! We had a minor hiccup with displaying the button correctly on our new theme and Kartik offered very quick and effective customer support and had it fixed within 24h. Super helpful, thank you!

Both the app and support are great! Due to our theme, the BIS button didn't appear under the OOS button when we selected that option so we needed to reach out to the app for support, they responded and resolved the issue on the same day.
