They are really quick to support. The buttons didn't match our theme out of the box, but they were quick to be able to fix that. Nagaraj was REALLY quick and helpful. It's nice to know you're messaging with who is making the fix, not someone that has to send to another team to make the fix. That's really awesome.

Support has been fantastic. Anaam in particular was very helpful and got ahead of potential issues as we set new features up. Thanks Anaam!

Customer experience has been unreal honestly. Every time Ive asked them if something can be modified, ie placement of a button for example they've turned around and figured out a custom solution for me pretty much same day.
