Probably the best app available for its purpose. Easy integration and setup, and the customer support has been top notch and very prompt in fixing the usual issues that pop up with Shopify apps.

Maybe it's just me but setup seems less friendly than most apps. Navigation is somewhat confusing. On the other hand, it's a great app and the support is instant.
Great app with useful sales tools / functonality! We mainly use for back in stock notifications, and have just recently introduced preorders. UX can sometimes be a little clunky in the back end but it's very usable and the customer support are very responsive. All in all very happy with Stoq.
Learning the app, support has been great to navigate me through.
Used this for our first preorder and it worked great, takes a little time to get everything configured and tested but the app helps guide you through everything.
Love the out of stock notifications as well. The app tags every preorder which you can use to route them through a different import process. Would be nice if the app set a metafield storing the pre order date.
Pain Points,
- There's no way to currently export all of the pre orders within the app, I had to do this via filtering with Matrixify. The app developer is building out new features and it would be nice to be able to do that.
- You can't customize the location of the back in stock button via the theme editor, their team has to do this for you.

To export the preorders, this can be done directly from your shopify admin by going into orders and filtering based on the 'preorder' tag, we'll be happy to help you with the steps.
We hear you and I've added this as a feature request to enable you to export the preorders directly within the app.
Regarding changing the location of the button, we prefer doing it for you as it may differ from theme to theme. I've also enabled the option so you're now in control and can change the position of the button within the app. Hope this helps!

Great app. Live support was really helpful.
One downside is that it isn't compatible with FB/Instagram markets.
We haven't had a chance to use the preorder function yet. The back in stock alert is working well and we like the option to only make it available on specific products.
The app itself is easy enough to use and understand
Although it would be good if you can create templates and copy them for time saving.
It would be good if it could also have selective emails, and not send out emails for every "pre-order" you create.
The app on notify unfortunately doesn't send a "thank you for registering" e-mail, for those who register to "wishlist" items.
In general, the app mostly works as you'd expect, and if you need extra help, the team are very efficient and do their best to resolve issues, going as far as thinking outside of the box, or doing extra work behind the scenes.
The app is good but if the aforementioned features could be added, it would make the app even better.

After a bumpy start I have had a good experience with Stoq! I had decent suppor with most support reps and a poor experience with one. Once I made my concerns known... they quickly address my issue, reached out and retrained the rep that was unhelpful. They care about making sure customers concerns are addressed and corrected.

As you can see from our reviews and rating, we try to do our absolute best to support merchants on STOQ - no matter where they are in the world or in their Shopify journey. Sometimes, we get it wrong and this was one of those times. I'm sincerely sorry that Vishu didn't live up to your expectations. He was trying to share his understanding of the Shopify platform in regards to the issues you were facing, but he was not able to give it the care and attention you deserved. This was likely due to him juggling a busy day with other chats & conversations alongside yours. It's not an excuse though, and we've figured out a path to work on this. Rest assured that I will personally tend to this.
