Great app! Back-in-stock notification automation saves so much time and customers get the notification right away when returned items come in the stock. I just wish more views to sort the pending list. :)

A must have APP!! I left writing a review until I could see it working fully, right up to the point of re-stocking/customer contact/customer orders, and it works brilliantly. Within minutes of re-stocking I could see the auto-generated emails being sent to registered customer and on the very same day we had orders off the back of the notifications.
So easy to install, and the customer service, however small your query, is how every company should react to customers; helpful, willing and quick.
So far very happy with the app. Set up is smooth and fairly user friendly (not overly complicated and clunky like many of the other apps). Pricing is fair and transparent. Support has been great. I needed help moving the position of the buttons and disclaimer text and all was done very quickly (I was quite particular about what I wanted too!)
There does however appear to be a significant issue with Preorder selling limits. Currently the app allows any number of items to be purchased, despite specifying a qty limit within the Preorder settings.
The support team has advised there will be a fix coming soon, so hopefully this comes through quickly to avoid major headaches with overselling, refunds and unhappy customers! Look forward to seeing how the app converts for us.
The app glitches in the beginning and may have even cost me some sales. The rep stated the issue was from Shopify end. I dont know really. But they were deligent and got it resolved quickly.
