STOQ is a must-have app. The revenue it generates is significant and after we had a bit of trouble with our new theme messing about we contacted their devs and they fixed the problem immediately.

If you are looking for a reliable preorder and restock alert app, look no further than STOQ. Not only is the software highly effective, but their tech support is brilliant. They are fast, knowledgeable, and always available—they even resolved an issue for me on a Saturday without missing a beat. 5 stars all the way!

The app can offer pre-orders in multi-markets. Notifyme also works well. Integration via Klaviyo is slightly a challenge and you can only customize the Klaviyo emails using HTML. But overall, good app for our needs.

Customer support is also knowledgeable and able to fulfill our help requests.

Stoq has been absolutely fantastic for managing our inventory. We have a lot of made-to-order products, so it's been invaluable in setting clear expectations with our customers that some items won't ship immediately. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and easy to set up - I had everything configured and running within an hour. It's made managing our stock much smoother and has taken a lot of the guesswork out of communicating availability to our customers.

This is a great app with all the functionality we need. It's made a massive difference to our bottom line to be able to take orders for a hero product which is out of stock. It was very easy to set up, and both the pre-order and back in stock notifications work really well.

Testing the waters with preorders and replaced restock notification functionality. Support is VERY fast to respond, a few tweaks for aesthetics and everything is working well. Restock notifications are a crucial part of my site, the free options are ok but NOTHING is actually free. Since the shift to Stoq, I realized how things should have been on my site from the start

Great support team-responsive, helpful, and even implemented a feature request we needed (notified_start_date) very quickly. They also helped us enable phone number collection for our custom integration.

Wow. This app is clean and makes my store look very high end. It took me a moment to understand the layout, but that is where customer service came in and did above and beyond to make sure my offers layout would convert.
