The support feature has been a great help especially with their very prompt and clear responses, which you don't always get nowadays. Excellent customer service:). Not a ton of experience w pre order yet but found that app to be very user friendly and the customer service was very responsive!
Very impressed, great online support to help guide us through setting it up on our store. A 5-minute live chat was enough to get us onboard and working.... We have carried out a test and everything is working as we hoped for.
