Difficult to navigate and find how to begin adding products for Preordering. Otherwise, good customer service and is pre selling products successfully.

Great app and great customer service. Was easy enough to setup and use myself but there were a couple of positions on the site where I wasn't sure what I needed to tweak. Shashi was extremely helpful and I'd recommend the app for your store if you need to manage preorders or back in stocks.

So easy to install and setup. Support helped very quickly with some minor changes and having the reporting portal to see what is in demand is invaluable.

Works well for what we use it for! Klayvio integration is key, and love the customization that is available. We used both the notify when available and pre-orders, and have been happy with both!

I have an old, very modified theme. Many challenges came with integration due to this. Support was right there from early to late answering questions and even troubleshooting theme code! I don't think I waited for more than 10 minutes for a response to a cold question and MUCH shorter times when a conversation was started. My issues were given to a new tech as the day went on but each new tech picked up right where the last left off. This is AMAZING!
