Great app - UI genuinely integrates with our theme perfectly, and the CX team, particularly Anaam, are unbelievably responsive and helpful in onboarding and helping tweak the button designs etc if necessary! The result is that it looks like it was made for our Shopify theme. Really pleased! Well done guys!

Had a great experience with this app setting up a preorder for my store. This app was the second i chose but after slow help from the store i switched to Stoq. They are super speedy in getting back to you and fixed any issues straight away. Sneha the customer service person went above and beyond and fixed all buttons despite me not realising they were wrong. absolutely wonderful service

Excellent support and quick resolution

We had some issues with how the preorder functionality was displaying on our storefront, and the team was incredibly helpful. Support responded promptly and worked with me to resolve everything really quickly. It’s rare to find such fast and effective customer service. Highly recommend this app if you’re managing preorders, the team behind it genuinely cares!

Just going through setup up to switch over from our old pre order app. There's always some things with apps that you need help with or would like to work the way you work which isn't always possible but these guys have been fantastic and super responsive in onboarding and customising the app where possible for our formatting. Big thanks especially to Sneha and Shashi for all their assistance so far! :)

STOQ is a must have for your store. It not only provides a great feature but it also recovers sales for you and should pay for itself. I've used this for my other store, and it was an immediate install on my new one that I'm starting.

Support is friendly and easy to talk to, and FAST! Great app and great team behind it!

Stoq has been a lifesaver for managing preorders on our Shopify store — but what really sets it apart is the customer support.

Any time we had a question or needed help customizing something, their team responded quickly, professionally, and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked perfectly. It's rare to find that kind of hands-on support these days, especially with apps.

The app itself is clean, easy to use, and does exactly what we need for handling preorder items but knowing we have a responsive team behind it makes it even better.

Probably the best app available for its purpose. Easy integration and setup, and the customer support has been top notch and very prompt in fixing the usual issues that pop up with Shopify apps.

This app was easy to setup and did exactly what I wanted. When I had an issue with Horizon overwriting the pre order button text when changing colour variants, support did a great job of fixing it. Thank you to Sneha and Nagaraj for helping me out.

We are so thrilled to have found this application. To date, we've had to wait to add incoming products until they were in stock. With the Stoq app, we can now take pre-orders on incoming stock before the units arrive in our warehouse. Not only is the app awesome, but the team is by far the best I've had the privilege to work with. They have been incredibly attentive. They've followed up when AND before they said they would. They've truly gone above and beyond to help my business.
