Preorder, Back In Stock ‑ Stoq

We are very impressed with this app so far. Very intuitive in selecting products, inputting future stock totals to sell against and estimated ship by dates, which create a nice interface for the customer to see when selecting products. We've had a few issues with set up, some user error, some due to our separate add-on app. The team is super responsive 24/7 to help with any issues, which has been amazing! There dev team has been able to create a work around to work with our add-on app, etc. It's not yet 100% for us, but they are constantly making improvements and soliciting feedback.

Pretty easy to work with and whenever I do have a problem or question, they respond pretty quickly. They are very helpful and kind overall as well.

I have enjoyed using the Stoq app for Shopify since I installed it two days ago. Tonight, I received some extra help from a Stoq staff member named Shashi, who was extremely helpful and very cordial. I have had the back in stock button installed for some time and have had no problems with it at all. I am trying out the new Pre Order button now. Customer service has always been quick to respond to any queries and any hiccups are smoothed out very quickly.
