best customer service of any app I have installed. Quick response time and made a custom feature for me that I couldn't find in any other Notify me app! Above and beyond.

The app works great, I've had no issues there. Great support provided the the staff as well.
What's not to love? This app functions great out of the box with very minimal setup. Extremely helpful and communicative dev if any issue were to arise.
Some things I love:
- Reduced customer service queries about when things are coming back in stock
- Easy to modify email and sms templates. The defaults are great, but if you want to change them it's no big deal to do so.
- Backend data that lets you see your most wanted items. This is huge for a store that makes their own items, and gets rid of some of the "what if" when working on restock levels.
- Does what it says. The emails go out promptly, and you can see if any sales are attributed to the email on the backend.

One of the best things about using this application is you can get support immediately from them if you need any help, as a developer I will really recommend this application. 1. It offers a lot of customization options, which enables the app to seamlessly embed in your website.
2. For whatever you cannot customize by yourself, the support team does it for you within a couple of hours.
3. It is a small team working behind the app. I personally prefer to work with a small team rather than a big company, because they respond quickly (never tell you to submit a ticket and wait for up to 48 hours), the service is personal (they actually spend time to understand your requests, instead of redirecting you to some blog posts or Youtube tutorials), and the one or two persons in charge always get the job done perfectly.
4. The price is good. Very fair for the functions and support we receive.
