Absolute legends, had issues with my DKIM authentication, they walked me through each step and helped me get it sorted! Awesome customer service!
Anaam was very helpful and made making changes a breeze. The app is simple to use but the customer service makes it really worth while.
We just downloaded it and so far it has been great! They do all the work for us and alert customers when items are back ins tock but keep track of what is being requested on the backend so we know what to prioritze!
They are timely in their responses and so far have been great!

So far I'm still on the free plan until the site launches. Support was fast, easy and efficient. That's not generally my experience with chat support.
Weird that the "notify me" button defaults to the right side of the browser and is hard to see... but support is quick to reposition it.
Even on the free plan there is a fair bit of customization to make it fit your theme colours.
So far so good.
Sneha was communicative and always right there, ready to help. I truly appreciate the customer service.
