Fantastically built app that captures lost sales on currently sold-out items! We had a minor hiccup with displaying the button correctly on our new theme and Kartik offered very quick and effective customer support and had it fixed within 24h. Super helpful, thank you!
The Back In Stock-Restock Rocket is a wonderful app tool. Its super easy to install and only takes a minute or two. I've been very happy with its performance on my website. Both the app and support are great! Due to our theme, the BIS button didn't appear under the OOS button when we selected that option so we needed to reach out to the app for support, they responded and resolved the issue on the same day.
works as expected, very nicely integrated. Customer support is very responsive and quick, they helped to adjust the styling to suit the theme. highly recommend this app.
