STOQ has been a great addition to our store and has really helped us manage preorders and restocks more smoothly. The app works reliably and fits perfectly into our workflow.

I've used STOQ for a while (easy to use app) and recently had to reach out to support for assistance. Momna was efficient, kept me updated with the changes and let me know which steps I missed in the flow. It's also great that I can integrate this with my Klayvio email flows.
The app has a great free tier to experience the app's configuration steps and preview. If any issues do arise, they have a team ready to provide support. I was very impressed by their turnaround time on questions and concerns, and would recommend them for businesses looking for this kind of app.
So far, this app is excellent. Good admin UI to customize it, good UX on the controls, reasonable pricing with good starter plan, and they've shown to be VERY responsive to messages with any help I needed.
The customer service for Stoq goes above and beyond all the time. They help on more than I even expect but it is truly appreciated. We will be forever customers. As far as the app itself it has been so helpful for us as we do a lot of presales. My favorite feature has to be that it keeps track of how much that sale earned. That helps us so much in our industry and how we can market better for our next one.
STOQ is perfect for our e-bike store! Our wholesaler handles inventory and shipping takes a few days after orders come in, so we used to lose sales whenever popular models showed as out of stock on Shopify. With STOQ, we set up clean 'Preorder' buttons that let customers order ahead with partial payments or full prepay, turning those 'sold out' moments into real revenue. The 'Notify Me' waitlist feature is great too—customers sign up, and they get auto-alerted (email/SMS) when we restock from the wholesaler. Setup was super fast, it integrates seamlessly with our theme, and the partial payment option helps with higher-ticket items like e-bikes. No more missed opportunities—highly recommend for any store using wholesalers or with delayed fulfillment.

The initial install and set up of STOQ is very simple, and have loved the app! I switched themes on my website and ran into some issues, but support was very quick to reply and was able to get it straightened out! Happy to have this support and quick turn around even on the free tier :)
