This app works exactly as expected and has been easy to set up and manage. The back-in-stock notifications run smoothly, and customers really appreciate being alerted when products are available again, helping us capture sales we might have otherwise missed.
What really stands out is the support. Getting a live agent promptly has been such a great experience. The team is quick to respond, understands our requirements, and has been incredibly helpful, especially for managing preorders and restocks. Freundlicher, hilfreicher Kundenservice und bis jetzt gut funktionierende App! Manche Einstellungen im e-Mail-Template sind etwas tricky und manche nicht intuitiv zu finden – aber alles in allem gut zu bedienen.
This app is great and the support is top notch!
Some of the pre-order integrations weren't available in a Featured Product page for my theme and Arnab at STOQ was able to get it added and working in less than an hour!
I tried a few apps with no avail and when we tried this one, it worked immediately. It's intuitive, easy to use, and actually works. I had to reach out to their team for a few questions and they responded quick and resolved my problem. I recommend!
Very clean and user-friendly preorder setup. Most of the features meet our expectations perfectly. Whenever there’s an issue or adjustment needed, the customer service team responds promptly and resolves it quickly. An excellent app with great support and service overall !!!
