As a store with over 30k unique products, keeping up with manually notifying costumers waiting for refills was becoming a real timesuck. This app does the job automatically when we adjust inventory up from 0, which gives us our time back. It was supereasy to install and Kartik is quick to reply whenever we have questions. Thank you for a great app experience!

Just downloaded the App. So far so good! Prarthana was very helpful in the set up process.
We just downloaded it and so far it has been great! They do all the work for us and alert customers when items are back ins tock but keep track of what is being requested on the backend so we know what to prioritze!

Initially looking for the Back In Stock feature only and then also discovered they have a great Pre-Order set up feature! The app is very intuitive and matched with the best customer service experienced so far within Shopify App environment. Recommended if looking for qualitative set-ups. I would highly recommend the Back in Stock with Restock Rocket. They are customer focused, quick to engage and address questions, concerns or address any issues. We have had excellent customer service from everyone we have worked with!
So far I'm still on the free plan until the site launches. Support was fast, easy and efficient. That's not generally my experience with chat support.
Weird that the "notify me" button defaults to the right side of the browser and is hard to see... but support is quick to reposition it.
Even on the free plan there is a fair bit of customization to make it fit your theme colours.
So far so good.
