This app is affordable and does everything you need it to for preorders and out of stock items. If you ever have questions about any of the functions, customer service is always very helpful and quick to respond. Definitely recommend :)

The app works really well, it's easy to configure but if you got stuck, just write to support - customer service is outstanding. Whenever I wrote to them, asked for help, I got immediate response, even on a weekend night.

Just started using this app for back-in-stock notifications to customers, seems to work as it should, with a fast, intuitive setup.
I needed a small customisation from the customer service team to change the position of the notification button which was done in literally seconds! Great start

I was loooking for a pre-order app for my store and downloaded the Stoq app to see how it was.
It was super easy to set up, but i did have a problem getting the Pre-Order button to show.
There is a button for support and within 1 minute Shashi was in contact. He went onto my store and fixed the problem (and redesigned the look) within 5 minutes. It is amazing to have such quick support and i am only on the free plan at the moment, but look forward to upgrading when the store becomes busier.
