Super clean and intuitive app and the customer support experience is second to none. I've never had to wait, to get help from an agent, and they are all super savvy on how to best use their tool. It is rather pricey if you need the standard features but they often have deals that they post.

We use Stoq primarily for pre-orders, which it solves better than any other app that we tested.
It works flawlessly on all pages (products, collections, etc.) and the multilanguage support is perfect.
To set it up correctly we needed some support due to the customizations on our theme, but Vishu from the Stoq support stepped in and solved all our issues in a few minutes and even quickly implemented a feature specifically for our setup! That was an impressive performance!

Customer service went absolutely above and beyond to help customize the "Notify Me When Available" buttons to match our website aesthetic for mobile and desktop. I have to admit that our requests were a little over the top and they pulled off every one of them. It's been only 2 weeks of testing and the amount of revenue we are generating compared to the cost is so worth it. Had a really great experience with them and would highly recommend using this app.

The UI was mostly intuitive and the app is very responsive. It was all very easy to set up within an hour (I couldn't find any detailed tutorial videos online so had to do a bit of trial and error). Customer support was excellent. They responded within a few minutes, understood what I was asking and helped me with all of my queries. Although my support ticket couldn't be resolved within a day (as they needed further assistance from team members), they followed up the next day and the handover between support members was seamless!

Just downloaded Stoq and created my first pre order offer. Took me about 15 minutes and I got everything except the discount price wasn't showing. Asked for help 7:30pm on a Sunday and Sneha answered in 3 minutes and got the last step sorted in 5. Thank you darling!
