So far, so good! It has been fairly easy to set up Preorders and Notify Me with this app. Whenever I have had errors the help was quick to access and everything was fixed! Arnab was very helpful :)
Valuable app and great customer service (shout-out to Kasi!)
It works smoothly, generates new orders for sold-out products or pre-orders, and the support is really, really good. "Momna" in particular has been a great help.
The app is working as its supposed to. Although we're trying it out with the free plan, their support team quickly helped us solve an issue where changes in the app settings weren't been updated to the live page, great customer support from their team. We really recommend this app to anyone looking for a "Back-In-Stock" notification solution.
Great app, and for our use-case, a must if you have several locations and need more granular BIS notifications per location and/or market. Saves our customers from receiving false alarm BIS alerts, and the support team has been nothing but a pleasure to work with!
Huge range of options & settings available to configure the right setup, and the support is always excellent!

The Stoq app is extremely easy to navigate, but even in the midst of questions, their support team is stellar as well!
