Not only this a great app - so well designed and easy to setup app. But the most outstanding feature of this app (and company) is an unbelievable level of support from the whole team. So prompt, so professional, AND so very kind. This is such a bright light in the world of automated and often very poor support out there. I am really blown away... Keep up the good work.
Great app! We have had it for about a year now, and it's easy to use and set up. Emails are also customizable, and the support is very quick and helpful! Very much recommended.

We have been thrilled with the STOQ app for our store. It was easy to set up, and their documentation was very helpful. I set up this app to replace a different preorder app that could not support B2B customers. I'm now able to support preorders for ALL of my customers. We recently installed the app primarily to be able to sell products on pre-order and have been really happy with it so far. We haven't explored back in stock alerts yet but for pre-orders, the app is fantastic, it does exactly what we wanted and is really simple to use.
The customer support from the team has been really exceptional. Anamm has helped me on several occasions (including a 30 min call to help with set up) and has been amazing. Very responsive and super helpful - if I could give 6 stars for customer support I would.
