Great help from Sneha with setting it up. I'd wish the free plan gave you a slight bit more so that you can switch to the paid version when the webshop scales.

the interaction was fair and acceptable. i ended up finding the solution to my problem before the agent Momna lol but it was a great 1st time experience.

Khutheja did a good job and she fixed my issue but I have no idea what the specific issue was or how to fix it if it happens again. Other then her forgetting to share what happened and how to fix it, she did great!
