Very cool app that allows us to easily accept special orders (for items that we can get but don't have on backorder) and preorders (for items we have on backorder with a known ship date). Easy to setup and get started with. A few very specific questions we had were addressed very quickly by their support team (Prarthana and Anaam were of great assistance). I will consider this developer for other apps going forward.
Great app and support is very fast, proactive, everything was resolved immediately. Highly recommended
First day using it, and it's really great so far, it does what we need it to. Customer service is excellent so far too, it's a Saturday and we had helping us to do what needed to be done very quickly. Looking forward to using it for a longer time and will update the review.

This app, Stoq, is incredibly helpful and very straightforward to use. Its usability and customization options are unmatched.
