Anaam, gave us personalised attention and helped us remotely install the app, making sure it works well with other apps and template. We had minor bugs that were quickly fixed using the app chat by Sneha and also Nagaraj that helped us with the mobile version.

We made some testings and so far is working well and allowing us to create preorders smoothly on our store

I did quite abit of research before pulling the trigger on this app. I have to say , im impressed. It was quite easy to setup and we have 1000+ skus. This enabled us to manage backorder , communicate with the clients and even grea reporting features. To date, i've reached out to support a handful of times and get immediate , professional and helpful service. I strongly recommend this app to anyone looking to grow thier busniess and manage reservaton for out of stock products.

This is the best App for gaining forward orders and notifying customers when items are back in stock. The support team is more than willing to assist even when there's stupid questions (like I had).
