Great app with exceptional customer service! I had a minor setup issue due to being new to the app, messaged on the chat box within the app and within 2 minutes they told me how to fix the issue. Very highly recommended!

Speedy responses, quick fixes! I've use other pre-order apps at previous jobs and they have been so complicated, look rubbish and were very limited. This one worked immediately, and didn't look dreadful. I reached out to the team to see if they could do any formatting on the boxes and badges to alter it to look slightly better for me (I wouldnt have been bothered if this was not possible because the functionality of the app is great) and Khutheja sorted it for me right away. Thanks so much. I am only just setting up whilst my store is being built but plan to do lots of pre orders so am likely to upgrade!

This app is affordable and does everything you need it to for preorders and out of stock items. If you ever have questions about any of the functions, customer service is always very helpful and quick to respond. Definitely recommend :)

App is great and working exactly as it should. The app works really well, it's easy to configure but if you got stuck, just write to support - customer service is outstanding. Whenever I wrote to them, asked for help, I got immediate response, even on a weekend night.
