It was almost love at first sight: the product is so easy to use. The option to "customise everything" was the most important thing for us, as we're a premium fashion label, and visual aesthetics is very important. Had a small problem with how the pre-order button was displayed on our product page, and Anaam from the customer service team was so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend! Tan, Satori Berlin
Khuthejatul was very quick to respond to my request for moving the notify me button. It took her less than 5 minutes to update the button, and have it placed in the exact spot I needed it. Great service!

Easy to use app, easily allows me to setup pre-orders for my next music album. I messed up setting up my subscription plan, but they literally helped me correct my mistake within 5 minutes through the chat. No problems.
