Back In Stock ‑ Restock Rocket

We didn't have a way to let customers now when an item was back in stock and this app was super easy to set up. We liked all the other features it offers too on the plans but don't have enough traffic yet to use those features. But when we do get more traffic we will upgrade. We tried quite a few other restock/notify me apps and this one was the easiest for us being non coders. We did have to reach out to support once which turned out to be out own user error and support was super fast and friendly. Overall we are pleased and would recommend this application to anyone. If you have enough traffic go ahead and get the plan where you can customize the emails - I think that helps when customers feel like the emails are part of your overall branding.

What's not to love? This app functions great out of the box with very minimal setup. Extremely helpful and communicative dev if any issue were to arise.

Some things I love:
- Reduced customer service queries about when things are coming back in stock
- Easy to modify email and sms templates. The defaults are great, but if you want to change them it's no big deal to do so.
- Backend data that lets you see your most wanted items. This is huge for a store that makes their own items, and gets rid of some of the "what if" when working on restock levels.
- Does what it says. The emails go out promptly, and you can see if any sales are attributed to the email on the backend.

Love it.

I just installed restock rocket and it's genuinely the best app i've installed for what l've needed. I've quite literally spent the entire day trying to make this work, downloading so many shopify apps and all of them were either too complicated to use, or didn't have a lot of customization but not restock rocket!! I was served by kartik (l believe he's the founder of the app) and he was genuinely so helpful from the beginning. I asked for 2 things to be done, and he was able to do it in such a short amount of time, and now my pages look so much more amazing! I'm gonna check out their paid stuff because if their free stuff is of such high quality, l can't even imagine what their paid stuff looks like! Thanks again Kartik for being so helpful and for actually helping me figure out how to put the buttons on my product page AND homepage. Appreciate it more than you know! For anyone that's on the fence about getting this app, don't sit on it any longer! It's truly going to be a game-changer.

We just launched this app on our store, so time will tell how well it works. However, great customer service from Kartik on completing our setup. We had some minor issues with some products showing the "notify me button" even when they were not out of stock. I believe this had to do with coding within the theme. Sometimes that can happen. It was quickly fixed and other special tweaks were made at my request in minutes. We look forward to providing this option to our customers.

Restock Rocket is just what we needed for notifying our customers that our products are back in stock. It's simple yet effective; works perfectly right after installation, but is very customizable as well. We love that we can add our own CSS to the form and email template. Reasonably priced, and the free version is a great place to start. I tried some other apps on Shopify and this was the only one that was straightforward. Kartik is also extremely responsive to any issues you may have!
