The app is super handy for anyone that is wanting to setup back in stock notifications, and has the right reporting to see both products in demand, and then ROI on the notifications.
Support reached out when I exceed my threshold to let me know, and I paid for the product immediately given how well it worked. They then helped me send the remaining notifications now that I was on the paid plan, and even offered to do it for me.
Had an issue with the button showing up, I used the live support, took a few minutes, but Prarthana was able to fix my problem in no time. Didn't need too much information from me, so that was super convenient. Highly recommend. Thanks again, Prarthana!!
I can't thank Sandesh and Anaam enough for their invaluable assistance setting up pre-orders in my store. Their expertise and dedication were evident throughout the process. During thorough testing, I identified limitations with other apps, but Sandesh and Anaam were incredibly patient, helping me find effective solutions or workarounds for every issue. I have had the back in stock button installed for some time and have had no problems with it at all. I am trying out the new Pre Order button now. Customer service has always been quick to respond to any queries and any hiccups are smoothed out very quickly.

The team at Stoq are absolutely amazing. I faced a rather unexpected issue (a conflict with another Shopify app, so NOT at Stoq's fault), and despite the team not being required to help, they went above and beyond to solve this for me. They liaised with the other Shopify app, and together, they resolved the bug. Personally, I was blown away about how willing they were to help and how efficiently they solved this. 10/10 for customer service and if anyone is thinking about choosing Stoq or some other app, 100% GO FOR STOQ! You WILL NOT be disappointed.
