It's a SUPER perfect app, increasing the ROI and giving the customer a better feeling and security about communication.
Easy to use and absolutely outstanding customer service in order to get things up and running in no time at all. Great help and availability. Also very handy to use as customer tend to look more on WhatsApp messages than on emails which also can land in the spam folder. Highly recommend to anyone selling online.

We've been using Back in Stock: Whatsapp Alerts for over a month now. Prior to this we used email notifications for back in stock alerts. Our conversions with whatsapp alerts are 4X that of email notifications. We're super thrilled to finally have a solution to capture this high intent audience in a far more effective manner. That's true - For most ecommerce brands, I've seen back in stock conversions (and revenue) grow more than 4 times through our WhatsApp alerts.
