I have tested the app in a sandbox store, but my store is a custom theme, so I had a few issues at the beginning, but Harshil did all the needed for the APP to be functional, so, I can guarantee that the support and the APP are really incredible!

It's a SUPER perfect app, increasing the ROI and giving the customer a better feeling and security about communication.

Within 1 minute of installing it, I had customer service in direct conversation in case I needed help. I think it is a very complete application that so far has not given me any errors and with a configuration that is not very complex. Wishing to know more about it.

Easy to use and absolutely outstanding customer service in order to get things up and running in no time at all. Great help and availability. Also very handy to use as customer tend to look more on WhatsApp messages than on emails which also can land in the spam folder. Highly recommend to anyone selling online.
