Needed a little help w/the install, but the response time was super fast-under 20 minutes to have everything sorted and on a weekend! You can tell they are passionate about their app, how well it works for the store owner-really very impressed with their service and the app is lovely! Happy all round. i installed this app to use as a pre-order generator (customers sign up for notification that the product is releasing)

Very user friendly app! I had a minor challenge with customizing the look of the widget on my page, so I reached out to the developer. Like all the other reviews stated, response time was extremely quick!! Very happy with the download and customer service.

UPDATE: Another small detail I needed help with and it was fixed within an hour. Not only was the challenge fixed quickly, but the developer was able to create a special code for my website so I wouldn't run into the challenge again. Another great customer service experience! Very happy with this app.

I initially wrote a much more negative review, and remain dissatisfied with the functionality of this app.

That said, the responsiveness and communication of the developers is impressive, and I remain open to trying a later iteration with improved functionality.

This has been a popular feature on our site since we added it. I had no idea how many sales leads we were losing without notifications. I had issues inserting the code into an unpublished theme, and support had it resolved in minutes. I wasted hours before asking for help.
