I had a challenge installing the code properly in my theme liquid. I sent an email and the response was swift. It was done in 24hrs. Now my store looks like my competitors whose posh product pages I admire. It's amazing! Thank you, & keep up the good work!

We tested this app for a few days now. It is easy to use and has just enough customization options available before it gets overwhelming. I like that it doesn't use a pop-up/modal like many similar apps do which helps reduce an extra step for customers. What I don't like is that emails are only sent out "semi-automatically". It waits until someone refreshes the product page or when the store admin requests an immediate sync manually. Overall it's still a great app that deserves 5 stars.

Works exactly as described and support is the best I've experienced on any shopify app. They're very responsive and helpful.

Oh wow, this is by far the best customer support that I have in a while. The support service is amazing, the app works great, easily to set up and I like the layout too! and all that come with such a reasonable price, but more importantly I am very impressed with the service. 5 stars , no doubt!

i installed this app to use as a pre-order generator (customers sign up for notification that the product is releasing)

Simple app to use and does what it says. Fast response from customer support. Limited customisability but reach out to support and I reckon they can make changes for you.

Just getting started with this app, but the devs are very quick to reply to support requests, and were able to get it set up for me over the weekend, which was unexpected and awesome. So far so good!

Very user friendly app! I had a minor challenge with customizing the look of the widget on my page, so I reached out to the developer. Like all the other reviews stated, response time was extremely quick!! Very happy with the download and customer service.

UPDATE: Another small detail I needed help with and it was fixed within an hour. Not only was the challenge fixed quickly, but the developer was able to create a special code for my website so I wouldn't run into the challenge again. Another great customer service experience! Very happy with this app.
