Very user friendly app! I had a minor challenge with customizing the look of the widget on my page, so I reached out to the developer. Like all the other reviews stated, response time was extremely quick!! Very happy with the download and customer service.
UPDATE: Another small detail I needed help with and it was fixed within an hour. Not only was the challenge fixed quickly, but the developer was able to create a special code for my website so I wouldn't run into the challenge again. Another great customer service experience! Very happy with this app.

This has been a popular feature on our site since we added it. I had no idea how many sales leads we were losing without notifications. I had issues inserting the code into an unpublished theme, and support had it resolved in minutes. I wasted hours before asking for help.

This app is amazing and exactly what I was looking to add to my website! There was one minor issue on how the app appeared on my site, once installed, and the developers responded to me right away. this app is super easy app to use! if you have questions they are very responsive on email. personally, I need an app that I can use that has amazing customer service. they offer both!
The app is very easy to set up. We had a small feature request with the SKUs. The customer service assisted us very fast and very professionally.
