Back in Stock: Restock Alerts

The support from Matt and his team is impeccable, even working around xmas and new years to custom tweak my code. It's been a pleasure working with them so far, and I look forward to continuing the relationship.

Working with Back in Stock has been my best experience working with a Shopify app. The app is customizable and does exactly what we want. The team (Matt and James) are THE most helpful team. I highly recommend working with them again. I'd use any app they create without a second guess.

This app provides a key function for our business. We use it to collect customer interest in the weeks prior to a new season collection launch and then disable the function (via a product tag) for the seasonal products which cannot be restocked. We use it continually on our all-season replenishable products. We have had a few theme integration challenges and support was also good. I recommend this app to all my partners.

This app is amazing for the price, it brings in lots of revenue for us and lots of customers take advantage of the feature on our website. One thing I would like to see improved is for it to be easier to customize the emails - if you're not confident with html this can be tricky. For the price you can't complain although I'd be willing to spend a little more for this additional feature!

Great app, and the team is super helpful! They implemented a more custom design and allowed the Back In Stock Email Notification to show up for a single size that was out of stock as opposed to showing up on the entire product page. It has helped increase sales and keeps our customers coming back to get the products they love. The app emails the customers for you, so no need to worry about that, and you can see which products/sizes are most in demand, which is helpful for inventory management and restocking. You need this app for your online store! Thanks Matt for all your help!
