Customer service is very helpful! I give it a 4 because I wish I was able to add the notify me button on my end but they work quick, very professional, and effective.

The app was easy to use and integrated seamlessly with my shopify webstore. Customer support was also prompt and great. Would recommend!

I used this app to create a back in stock alert, not only is it extremely easy to use but the customer service is fantastic. I am using the free version and customer support customized this app to be fully integrated in to my theme (Streamline) in under 2 hours of me emailing them. Fantastic!!! This is the out of stock app or you!

Great way to let customers know that they can be notified if the item is out of stock at the moment. It also lets us know which products customer may have some bigger interest in so we can keep the inventory on top of the line. Very easy app to use and their customer service team is phenomenal in terms of response rate and providing solutions. Overall very happy with this app!

Great app. Installed seamlessly out of the box. Plenty of options to get the button and pop up page to match theme template colors perfectly. Had the pleasure of dealing with support (Matt is awesome!) he answered my emails fast and went a step further to modify the button to show up right below "Add to Cart/Sold Out" button within the product description. And, he did all this while I'm still on the free trial! Great service and the app is really nice.

This app was easy to install - so easy that I thought I was missing something, but I wasn't! Petra on their support team helped me out quickly and easily. Great app for back in stock notifications and genuinely great service. I couldn't figure out how to reposition the alert button and customer support helped me really effectively. Super impressed with the service so far!
