We've used this app for years with no issues. I only recently noticed it wasn't working and contacted the guys through the online chat. They got back to me in about an hour to say it was working but we had another back in stock notication set up that wasn't and as this one was below it, people we not using it! So once we worked it out, I turned the other one off and we are now back to working perfectly! Super stoked to have the issued worked out! Highly recommend!

Super helpful and easy to use app and when we needed a custom option set up with the app, their customer service was quick, wonderful, and helpful. So nice to not have to notify customers manually when we resupply- we just get more orders automatically when customer gets the notice that their item is in! Highly recommend !

This app doesn't work with Shopify's Combined Listings feature since it doesn't recognize that a new product page is loaded in place (rather than a full page reload).

Over the course of 5 months we tried to contact the developer 6 times hoping to get some support and work towards a solution that would render the app compatible with Combined Listings, a first-party feature that was introduced by Shopify early 2024 no less.

Unfortunately we didn't receive any replies apart from the very first response that promised to look into the issue. All further inquiries were ignored. We have to assume that the developer isn't interested in fixing this issue, which is unfortunate since the service worked quite well until this point.

This app allows our customers to be immediately notified when the product they are looking for is back in stock. The only thing i'd like if it did differently is share the rights and the email addresses with us to add to our CRM campaigns for ongoing marketing but I know there are data privacy concerns. We have been using this app on both of our stores for many years and never had a problem!

totally worth it, has saved us heaps of time and helps customers enormously. Great for businesses like ours that stock the same seasonal products year in year out that are popular and sought after! Love it. Thanks Dave and team

We have used this app for many years but recently noticed that the notifications are not sending. Customer Service is difficult to reach. Do not recommend.

I switched to this app from another app that had very limited functionality. AMP works great and does everything that I need it to do. It more than pays for itself in sales.

Good app to use, we did have a small issue where customers were notified when stock wasn't available, but we were credited for the emails that were sent out, but this was never resolved by the developers team. The only thing I would mention is that if you have stock delays of over 2 weeks, people who signed up, up to 4 weeks previous never seem to return. But this is just something we have noticed from our customers, not a problem with the app.
