A simple-to-use app that does exactly what it says and most importantly, it generates actual revenue. Support from their Customer Success Service is AMAAAZING. We needed a few hundred emails to be uploaded and they were very super speedy in helping us to do that in 1-2 days. The only thing that I would suggest to improve on this app is that it'll be great if there is a customised email builder so that we can drag and drop blocks to edit the email. Otherwise, it's all good!

We have greatly appreciated the back in stock feature and see higher conversion rates when our customers are able to use it. There have been a few technical glitches on our end because we redesigned our site template, but Matt was able to help us figure out the issue and work towards a resolution. Just started working with the Back in Stock app and it's been a dream so far. So simple to install even I managed it on my own ( and I'm not technical at all). Also the team have been so helpful and responsive when I've had questions. A fantastic experience and something that I can already see being very helpful for my business.

We just installed this app and we ran into a couple integration issues as we wanted to customize the button and the popup window. Support was very fast and unbelievably helpful. They state support within one business day but we were pleasantly surprised to find it's typically much faster. Everything has been integrated nicely now and we are off and running. It's all about customer support and these guys have nailed it. Not to mention it is a great product that does everything we needed and more.
