Back in Stock: Restock Alerts

I had an issue with the button not appearing on my website because the theme I selected wasn't listed with Back In Stock. After reaching out to their support team, I received a response quite quickly and they resolved the matter within a day. I appreciate their quick turnaround and communication. Tried a bunch of different apps to add a widget on our OOS product pages in order to capture customer's emails and this app was the one that seemed to have the best customizable features out of all. Baaqi from customer service is by far the fastest in replying and helping out. He was always willing to help us out, even by performing custom CSS, out of his scope of work. I am beyond happy with the service provided by this app and cannot recommend it enough !

This app provided me with exactly what I needed for my store. Simple to use yet extremely powerful. The customer support was superb and extremely helpful at all times. Highly recommend it!

The app worked pretty well, however, we didn't get enough to justify the monthly cost. Our theme has some out of stock functionality, so we will just use that. It is a little more manual, but not too much work for the number of stock out issues we have. The reason for the 1-star review is because when I uninstalled the app, there was still code in my them from "Back in Stock". This code prevented my theme's back in stock functionality from work, so now I have to go thru my code to figure out what is going on...

This is a great app, it does what it's supposed to do, but moreso, I can't express how much I appreciate the customer service team for Back In Stock. This app is exactly what I was looking for. Easily the most useful app in my Shopify store! App was easy to install, and support was super quick to help me customize it exactly to my specifications! It's very user-friendly, integrates with my newsletter list and emails the customers when we're back in stock. This is the perfect back in stock app in my opinion.
