you are not sending emails to our customers when the item comes back in stock !!!

Thank you for your review. It looks like notifications were not sending as the settings that you have set in your delivery policy were limiting the ability to send depending on the inventory amount.

This can be changed in the back in stock dashboard under Customize -> Delivery Settings. Once updated and the notifications meet all sending criteria - they will send out!

If you have any problems still please let me know.

Very functional and helpful app. Super robust app control panel with many customization options and always responsive and knowledgable and patient staff support from Matt, who did great on our customization requests that are not on the default control panel. Price may seem a bit high at first but then it's worth it. Just wish the price includes the app and a date with Matt, every month. (joking)

Love this app! It is easy to use and adds great insight into what our customers want to see restocked. The support team is fantastic. They went above and beyond, helping us integrate the app into our website, and making small changes to really make the appearance of app design flow with our product pages.

I really needed a quick and simple app to have customers choose to get notified when an out of stock item came available. This app delivered and their support team is super fast and responsive. Highly recommend!

Useful and worthy app. I'm just starting, but the app helps me recover a lot of sales I otherwise would have lost.

I need to say this here - Ive never had a better customer service experience in my life. I am not a techy, and needed a lot of guidance to install this app, and make it work with my other running apps. The team was very prompt and walked me step by step. Impressed!
