The application works perfectly and is very useful for multi-language, as you can customize different templates. It also allows you to pause shipments using labels on products.
The support is great, they are very fast and friendly and can even customize things from the back-end that can't be done from the app itself. They are always willing to help.
The app has been really great in recovering what could have been lost sales. The staff was helpful when it came to integrating the app.
We've just started using Back In Stock and I'm already impressed with the level of customer service provided. A rep got back to me and resolved my issue shortly after I reached out.

This app was our first attempt at recovering lost sales due to product stock issues. The simplicity of installation (I don't know how to code), the ease of use for the customer to input their info, and the customizable follow-up email engine has really helped us out. Matt is very responsive and in one instance, he was able to tweak the app to visually integrate with our store's Shopify theme just a bit better.
Highly recommended.
This app lifted a huge weight from our shoulders. It works flawlessly and the CS is amazing and fast. We wouldn't be nearly as effective without it.

you are not sending emails to our customers when the item comes back in stock !!!
Thank you for your review. It looks like notifications were not sending as the settings that you have set in your delivery policy were limiting the ability to send depending on the inventory amount.
This can be changed in the back in stock dashboard under Customize -> Delivery Settings. Once updated and the notifications meet all sending criteria - they will send out!
