Had a issue after installing a new theme, wrote regarding the issue late last night and a fix was in place by the time I woke this morning. Amazing customer support!
Easily our favourite and most used APP. Works perfect for our online store and even better for our brick-n-mortar. An associate can sign customers up to an out of stock product from their iPhone on the sales floor. Fuss free and keeps the customers coming.
We have been using Back in stock for the last 1 year. Simply perfect - from the look and feel to the insight it provides. Great application!

Every store should have this! Can't recommend enough. I have used this app across 8 stores since 2015. We have Klaviyo now and we can use their back in stock functionality, but this app and their support has been so great that we have decided to keep using them regardless. 10/10!
This app is very easy to install and use and has helped generate thousands of dollars in additional revenue. Our customers have been pleased with the notifications on the favorite out-of-stock products and the developers have great support and response times for enquiries and customizations. Especially right now with all the supply chain disruptions and longer re-stocking times caused by the pandemic, this app has been a lifesaver to keep customers engaged and loyal to our site. Fast support and the app overall is easy to use. I've used this app a few years prior and after updating my theme never added it again.
Nice app, and great customer service. I compared a couple of alternatives and that app was the one helping me the most with my needs.
Firstly, the App - an absolutely must have ! This has helped my business launch new product ideas again and again, by testing the demand in the market, without needing to invest $1,000's into stock. Secondly, The support/customer service - If you've ever wondered what 5 star customer service actually looks like - speak to these guys!
The app is ok if you have a single language store. But they state it's "Multi-language" compatible, which it is not. I am using Shopify markets with multiple languages, each market has a own domain.
But the app does do not support this.
So all they support is subfolder language like baseurl/en baseurl/de.
Using multiple domains for each language is very common, so I have no idea why they state it's multi language compatible. I made some suggestions to fix this, but they don't want to fix it.
Update after the reply: This still means you do not support shopify markets as it should be. I have for example 2 different domains, each pointing to another market in my one shopify shop ( one French, one German ), but you do not support the multi language feature because I am not using subdomains, but normal domains for each market. This is a basic Markets function that is not supported. So thats a big pitty. I moved over to another app "Restock Rocket" that do support Shopify Markets with different main domains.

Thank you for the feedback. We reviewed your interaction with our support and noticed a misunderstanding from our side. While we don't support one single Back in Stock account for multiple Shopify stores, we do support Shopify Markets stores with multiple subdomains.
With multilanguage enabled, Back in Stock fetches locales from Shopify and automatically display the appropriate currencies and labels. It also allows you to create different email templates and sign up popup forms, and more.
Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in enabling the multilanguage feature. We would also appreciate any further suggestions, as we are introducing beta features for Shopify Markets and would love to hear your thoughts.
