This app allows our customers to be immediately notified when the product they are looking for is back in stock. The only thing i'd like if it did differently is share the rights and the email addresses with us to add to our CRM campaigns for ongoing marketing but I know there are data privacy concerns. We have been using this app on both of our stores for many years and never had a problem!
I loved how my customers got emails and texts for a favourite product they couldn't wait to buy. It helped me sell out my new product in less than 2 days! They all got notified as soon as I made the product available!
There was a tech glitch online for customers entering their contact information so I had to manually add them in myself by asking for emails on social media.. so there was alot of extra work in that regard. Support could not resolve the issue.
Good app to use, we did have a small issue where customers were notified when stock wasn't available, but we were credited for the emails that were sent out, but this was never resolved by the developers team. The only thing I would mention is that if you have stock delays of over 2 weeks, people who signed up, up to 4 weeks previous never seem to return. But this is just something we have noticed from our customers, not a problem with the app.

Some useful functionality missing, but otherwise an excellent app with excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend this app. :)
It's easy to get the basics of what we need but some additional analytics, for example, would be great. Perhaps if the app was directly linked to Shopify as well. Currently, it doesn't look like the BIS app will show as purchased unless purchased through the BIS trigger email and, I couldn't find a way to manually send a notification to, say, one customer, if needed. Customer service has been great!

In regards to how the app calculates conversions; customers would need to click the "Buy Now" link in the notification email. By doing this, a special tracking link is generated, which takes the customer to the checkout page and sends the data back to the app once the checkout is completed.
This is our current process, but I'm going to go ahead and submit your feedback as a feature request for the team to look into.

I am generally very happy with how this app works, the only thing I can think of as a problem is that it does not show the "Email me .. " box when you look at a product in "Quick View"
Good app! Although it is pricey. Giving it four stars because the one thing I wish it did was load faster because it would be more effective that way. On some of my pages it take more than 30 seconds and sometimes up to a minute to load the out of stock button that allows people to sign up for back in stock notices. Granted I have a lot of images on certain product pages and that is why the customer service for this app told me it takes so long to load but still, I would keep that in mind. Very helpful programmers and I do recommend the app as it has generated sales for us when sending back in stock notifications.

When we switched themes, there was a bit of time that it didn't work with our new theme. We realized how much we really utilized and needed this feature. We are glad it is back and working on our new site :)

This app is great. It's easy to use and makes us money, so we'll keep using it! The ONLY thing that would make it an AMAZING product for us is if there was a way for the customer to check a box on the form to request a notification when ANY/ALL sizes of a given product become available, not just one size of that product. We sell live plants so usually our customer is happy to buy any size of a given plant when it comes available.
