Works very well, fast customer support, BUT it doesn't support a multi-lingual site (if all languages are under one domain). Unfortunately....
Easy to use, works as intended, and the customer service is fantastically responsive. I'd love to have the option of importing our own customer CSV files.

Thanks for your review! Currently you can add your customers individually from the "Signups & notifications" menu. There is a "Add Customer Signup" button located at the top right of the screen. Clicking that button will allow you to signup a customer.
As for bulk signups, that has to be done by support at this time. However, we are working on giving our customers the opportunity to do their own bulk signups / import their own customers via CSV file, in the near future.

When we switched themes, there was a bit of time that it didn't work with our new theme. We realized how much we really utilized and needed this feature. We are glad it is back and working on our new site :)

Absolutely love this app! Since I keep low stock on hand this allows my customers the ability to be notified as soon as new stock is available. It has helped bring countless customers back to purchase. It is actually one of the only apps I am actually willing to pay for since I see significant return. It is also super easy to set up and customize to match your store brand. Also, I needed assistance late one evening and Matt was happy to help and went above and beyond to assist me! If you keep low stock on hand or frequently out of stock of your hottest seller install this app NOW! :-)
This is one of my favorite apps, I have been using it for a few years now and the support is fantastic and quick, when we changed our theme, they reinstalled the button for us on our new theme with the custom edits we asked for and it looks great! Although this app isn't cheap, I have found it definitely worth having if you have out of stock products that you will be getting back in, you can see the sales come in as soon as you get stock back in! I'm currently on the small plan for $39.00 a month.
Excellent tool to bring back customers. Installed a week ago and just checked my stats and saw that I gained 2 customers out of the 3 that were emailed about their favorite product being back in stock. Love the automation! Thank you for a productive app! Highly recommend!
