This app was our first attempt at recovering lost sales due to product stock issues. The simplicity of installation (I don't know how to code), the ease of use for the customer to input their info, and the customizable follow-up email engine has really helped us out. This app lifted a huge weight from our shoulders. It works flawlessly and the CS is amazing and fast. We wouldn't be nearly as effective without it.
Great app! Had to sign up for upgraded plan to send more emails. But more email sent more revenue! We are using this on jemjem.com.

This is a fantastic app that has been critical in capturing orders when we are out of stock. The notifications that go out when we are in stock again drive immediate revenue. The support team here is top notch.

Very functional and helpful app. Super robust app control panel with many customization options and always responsive and knowledgable and patient staff support from Matt, who did great on our customization requests that are not on the default control panel. Price may seem a bit high at first but then it's worth it. Just wish the price includes the app and a date with Matt, every month. (joking)
