still having issue connecting this app to our Klaviyo email provider - support is somewhat responsive via email within 24-48 hours with vague suggestions that are not really helpful in mitigating the issue. Support that doesn't resolve a problem isn't support at all...
Good app for back in stock reminders. Support has been excellent as well in the few times we've needed it. This is our go-to for back in stock reminders.

So awesome! Clean interface on both front and backend. Support is quick and extremely helpful! The app did exactly what I needed :) Wish I found this sooner!
Quick and easy setup. It basically setup itself. I wanted the "notify button" to be located under the "out of stock" message and Back in Stock Took care of the custom script within hours of me asking. Now that's 5-star service :)
Customer service is very helpful! I give it a 4 because I wish I was able to add the notify me button on my end but they work quick, very professional, and effective.
The application, unfortunately, was not a great fit for us. It kept sending out false restock notification notices to our customers and caused a lot of confusion and inconvenience. When we reached out to customer service, they said there was nothing wrong but our stock was at zero yet the emails kept seeming to go out. It was really unfortunate they were not willing or unable to further assist on a glitch on their app.

Amazing service! Great app and the back up from James and the team was really quick. The app works really well!
I chose Back in Stock from my friend's recommendation and I am SO happy I did. The process was so easy I feel like I clicked 3 buttons and it was integrated! Then, I couldn't figure out how to make sure the "Notify Me" button would show up even if only one size was OOS, so I emailed the team and they fixed it and replied within 5 minutes. So happy I went with this app over the others.
Just got the app installed, but their prompt response to my questions got it integrated with our theme straight away! So far so good!
I downloaded the app this morning and everything was up and running within an hour. If I had any questions they answered them straight away and were super helpful. Would definitely recommend if you want to add back in stock alerts for your customer
