Great customer service! Very helpful and the app is great. I love how you can keep up with customers and refer them to different comparable products if the item they are waiting for isn't coming back. Also love using this app to see where demand is and what we should invest and continue producing.

The app has been very useful to our business. Some time ago it stopped working as it wasn't sending out the notifications that something was back in stock but I didn't really chase it up too hard. This week I got the team onto it and they were very responsive and found what was a very simple fix that I hadn't noticed. Nirali in particular was very helpful

This app has done wonders in connecting our brand managers to our customer demand. We recently encountered an anomaly and reached out to their live chat assistant for advice and a possible explanation as to why our alerts were appearing more frequently. I was connected to Leslie H and her attentiveness and personable approach gave me all the answers I was looking for - She even explained things a couple of times over just so I made sure I understood! I'm happy with the function of the app, and the price is fair for what it does. I needed some support and ask the support team for assistance with activating the app embed in a new theme we used, and bang! After I got back from lunch, it was done.
