Really great, well-built app. Handles the basics reliably and includes powerful extra features that truly set it apart. Support is excellent - had a small issue with the back-in-stock button not displaying correctly on variants, and James H. resolved it within seconds. Definitely a five-star app.

Hands down one of the best apps available in the App store.

Was a great functional tool to use for a number of years with our business. The CX team were always quick to respond and resolve any queries we had. Whilst our business needs have progressed, resulting in the requirments of multiple warehouse locations, this platform works very well for a single warehouse business.

I can not recommend this app at all and I would stay far away from it.
It is super expensive and have only functioned as it should for about one month in total - we have used it for over 1 year and it has caused us SOO much problems and the chat support is very unresponsive. A majority of the months we have used it the Back in Stock function has not worked/showed on the site. Stay away from this app - there are 10 other apps doing the same thing for a fraction of the price.

Been using the app for many years on 2 stores, it works well and support is responsive (support got better through the years). I appreciate it can send back in stock reminders both by emails and SMS.

We are very glad to have this app on our site because back-in-stock requests is a big ask from our customers. The setup is easy and works well. Also, the support team has been really helpful and responsive. They kept me updated throughout the process and clearly explained what they were doing to address our issue. We needed the Back-in-Stock feature to work for products with no previous inventory history, and they took the time to understand our current setup and guide us on possible solutions. Appreciate the effort and communication! TY!
