Works great and pays for itself several times over once we replenish inventory.
Quick reply from side of the suppport service about questions of the "Sold out" button and the relevant Shopify Theme. Support team also thinks round the corner ... not very often nowadays. Yet I cannot say anything about the feature itself, as we had no need for it, yet.
Easy to use, practical and efficient.

Excellent app for keeping customers up to date with items that have been out of stock. System works as expected and provides really valuable insight into demand for products. Ultimately it helps to drive more sales which is what it's all about.

We've been using this app for around 18 months - it does what it says - a simple add on to capture people who are interested in buying an item currently out of stock. Easy to manage / adjust colours etc. Great for cashflow ahead of stock arrivals if used in conjunction with a pre-order app.

The customer service I have received thus far has been super quick. My theme wasn't available for the out of stock pop-up. I messaged them and they worked their magic in ONE day. I haven;t gone live with my site yet but so far 10/10.

This app is very easy to install and use and has helped generate thousands of dollars in additional revenue. This is a must have App. Easy to use, powerful to use. Have multiple sites with it and helped a lot to automate client notification when we restock. No more spread sheets or manual posts. Install in minutes and if need help, Customer Support is just Great !

This app is priceless for automating sales leads and I can't speak highly enough of their customer service. We changed themes and needed help activating the [Email when Back in Stock] CTA into the new theme. Petra was quick to respond and even gave me the opportunity to provide feedback on the placement and position of CTA (this type of engagement and personalisation is an awesome experience). The adjustments were made and the feature live immediately. Super impressed, thanks Petra, really appreciated the speedy and helpful support :)
App has done beautifully for me but I have an issue with a Shopify update on my theme that now shows the customer the 'tag' "bis-hidden" for this app. App support can't fix it. And Shopify referred me to the app support as they can't fix it. So I am shopping for a new back in stock app. Keep an eye on your search boxes on the front end for this issue as it is confusing to customers.
We had some issues installing the app at first, but with the very kind help of the support team, the widget got installed manually for us. Extra + Points for that. Awesome functionality as well! Can recommend.
I use this app for when a sneaker (size) is out of stock. Received the best support I’ve gotten so far from a Shopify app! Super quick response and they made the perfect adjustments. I was expecting an how to link, but they went the extra mile and adjusted everything to my template!

Customer service is very not helpful. Don't use that app. The app look very unprofessionnel on the website.
Easy to install and great functionality. Everything works smooth and its easy for customers to sign up for notifications.
DO NOT USE. This app is open to abuse by allowing unauthenticated notifications to be raised against products: 1) Someone could falsely register interest in products resulting in stock purchases by the subscriber that do not represent demand
2) Someone could falsely register email addresses/email list resulting in spam complaints blocking of e-commerce store
3) Someone could falsely register product interest that results in your subscription level be unnecessarily increased to the next tier.

Our mission is to offer shops a solution to allow their customers to easily sign up for back in stock notifications. With that in mind, notifications can indeed be created freely, but they go through an internal validation process to verify and flag those created by automated systems or deemed unauthentic.
Once flagged, such notifications are not visible and do not count towards the shops' quota. Also, we have the option to include (upon request) a reCaptcha, mitigating even further potential attacks on the storefront.
Paid plans will never automatically upgrade regardless of usage. Plan changes require an explicit approval from the shop owner through Shopify's charge authorization flow.

Just recently replaced a very old theme on our store but could not work out the integration, quickly dropped support a line, and they got back to me same day and did the integration there and then, great service that other apps could learn from.
Works very well, fast customer support, BUT it doesn't support a multi-lingual site (if all languages are under one domain). Unfortunately....

I've been using this app for a few months now and weighing all factors (support, integration, ease of use, features, price) it is absolutely the BEST app I have in my store.... These people go out of your way to ensure you're getting value out of their app and that seems more and more rare nowadays. It functions FLAWLESSLY improves the user experience of my store as it offers a useful feature AND it increases conversions because it automates a task that is a pure money maker. I can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review tbh. It knocked my socks off the first month of using it.

Great app with fantastic customer service. I ran out of product and had to go out of stock, With this app customers were able to sign up via email to be notified when my items were back in stock. They're now flocking back to my site like roaches lol. Highly recommend
We've had a hard time maintaining inventory levels of our product thanks to shipping issues, freight issues, and COVID. But thanks to Back In Stock, we haven't lost customers along the way. I was skeptical that folks would really come back, or that the process of sending them messages would be painful or time-consuming, but as soon as we added inventory, messages went out automatically and we captured a bigger proportion of those lost sales than we had expected. UPDATED: After a recent social media hit on TikTok, we sold out in a matter of hours. And as my resupply took weeks to reach our fulfillment center and get processed, we were effectively down that whole time. Thanks to Back In Stock, we gathered hundreds of interested peoples' emails and converted hundreds into sales when we had stock again. This is critical for a shop like ours that sells only one product and can't offer alternatives.
Easy interface and set-up. Their customer service team is also very responsive and helpful. The service is also affordable and well worth it.
