Back in Stock: Restock Alerts

We were having issues with our Shopify theme not correctly showing our Back-in-stock button on product pages, and Back-in-stock went in and customized a button with our theme for us in a very timely manner!

Back In Stock is a FANTASTIC app. Not only does it make back-in-stock notification requests super easy to send, the analytics down to the variant level are awesome. Very easy to install. Great app & terrific support!

Within the first month, we had over 100 notifications sent and most turned into customers...so the value was clear. Also, customer service was great (we had a minor interface issue we thought might have been caused by the app due to our complicated subscription setup and they helped to confirm where the issue was).

This app has secured $3,000 of additional sales in the 3 months I've had it connected to my store - for me, that's worth every cent of the monthly cost! This year has been extremely difficult keeping stock levels steady, back in stock has allowed me to hang onto those sales I would have kissed goodbye without it. I appreciate that I can customise all the communication with customers. I've just this week started added unreleased products to the website so customers can read about them and get excited and I've got a list of people now waiting for the new stock to drop! Love it!
