AMP | Back in Stock

I installed this app less than a month ago and it has already made a big difference. It is easy to install and user friendly for the customer. It has also saved us a ton of time in responding to customers wanting to be notified when an item is available again. It is almost like having an additional employee.

We had some issues installing the app at first, but with the very kind help of the support team, the widget got installed manually for us. Extra + Points for that. Awesome functionality as well! Can recommend.

This App works exactly as needed. I had thought I would need to explain it to my customers, but, within moments up updating my site, notifications started building on the APP Dashboard. When inventory arrived, automatic emails went out, and BOOM - immediate order volume. Almost to the point that I sold out in a 24 hours. Those are all sales that I would have lost because I don't update customers every time inventory comes in. This makes the customer feel that they are linked up with my inventory systems in a way that benefits me. Very happy with that. I have not needed customer support at all - it installed perfectly the first time! Great App!!!

Amazing Company. Outstanding customer support. Email capture and notification is flawless. As soon as product is back in stock it's sold! HAS GREATLY IMPROVED REVENUE and cut down on CS of "when will this be back in stock?" questions. GIVE THEM 10 STARS!

SKU別に在庫追加されるごとの自動通知ロジックを他のメルマガAppで組もうとしていたところ発見しました。カスタマイズも簡単で、HTMLやCSSもいじくれたので、見た目もある程度整えられて便利でした。日本語対応もしてもらえると嬉しいですが、カスタマーサポートのスタッフも親切で頼もしかったです。

Really like this app. Keeps my customers informed and yo to date on product restocks. I do feel the cost is a bit heavy, that’s the only thing I’d change.

Back In Stock is incredibly easy to set up and James from support is both helpful and speedy. We didn't have any issues integrating this app into our theme and once our inventory came in stock, the emails went out very quickly. The app has already paid for itself!
